We were buying a home in Temecula and even though he typically stays in the San Diego area (about an hour south of Temecula), he took us on with no problem. He is well known and has many connections in the surrounding areas, so we ended up getting a better mortgage because of his many connections. My husband and I did a VA loan as we are military and there were no hiccups in the process. We arrived in Temecula and he made sure everything was taken care of for us ahead of time, so all we had to do was the final walk thru and get the keys.
